What is Three Deep?

Three Deep Leadership Academy seeks to address the needs of children and youth in the inner city by going deep in Education, Enlightenment and Exercise.
Going deep in these three important areas of need is only a starting point. We understand that Jesus Christ has the answer to all the issues that children, youth and families face today. We seek to bring Education through Math, Reading, and Writing classes every day. We seek to bring Exercise through morning warm-ups, and a sport of the week every afternoon. And we seek to bring enlightenment through God’s Word with chapel time every day.
The Formula
This formula, 3(E) JC = SUCCESS, serves as a guide to children and adults as to how to lead a successful life. Here is a breakdown of the formula:
· Exercise-Activity that requires physical or mental exertion, especially when performed to develop or maintain fitness;
· Education-The knowledge or skill obtained or developed by a learning process;
· Enlighten-To give spiritual or intellectual insight to JC—Jesus Christ.
Exercise, Education, and Enlightenment are all fine, but when they are all accomplished through the power of Jesus Christ, true success is achieved. What is success? Success is accomplishing the purpose God created you for.
